Personality plus - meet Chupacabra. Neighbourhood stray, and one step short of famous after many neighbours stepped up to report this merry wanderer and ask for assistance; he has landed on all four feet at MEOW. Chupacabra is never shy about asking for attention and making his presence known - he is the very definition of a gregarious, happy red head. After months of searching, he can't wait to meet his person and lifelong companion.
